Programming for Infant and Young Child Feeding
Self-paced, open enrollment; no time limit to complete the 14-module course
This free training course was developed in collaboration with UNICEF and aims to enhance the competencies and build capacity of UNICEF staff and counterparts who are involved in Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) programmes in low- and middle-income countries. This includes programme development, programme implementation, programme evaluation, and other related activities for improving nutrition and health outcomes of infants, young children and women. The training course consists of 14 modules, including 11 lectures and 3 case studies.

Making the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice: An Introduction to Policy, Systems, and Environmental Approaches to Promote Healthy Eating and Physical Activity
Self-paced, open enrollment; once enrolled, learners have 1 year to complete the 6-module course
Learners interested in designing, implementing, and evaluating their own policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) approaches can enroll in an in-depth, 6-module course that introduces PSEs and uses an interactive workbook to walk learners through each step of developing a PSE in their community. Designed for nutrition educators and public health professionals including those in EFNEP and SNAP-Ed. This course take approximately 12 hours to complete and RDNs receive 12 CPEUs upon completion.
Cost: $120/person with discount for SNAP-Ed and EFNEP

An Introduction to Policy, Systems, and Environmental Approaches
Self-paced, open enrollment; once enrolled, learners have 6 months to complete the 1-module course
For a broader introduction to PSE terminology and approaches, learners can enroll in the first module of the 6-module course, which is available as a separate introductory course. Designed for nutrition educators and public health professionals including those in EFNEP and SNAP-Ed. This course takes approximately 2 hours to complete and RDNs receive 2 CPEUs upon completion.

Maternal and Infant Nutrition in the First 1,000 Days
Self-paced, open enrollment; once enrolled, learners have 4 months to complete the 5-module course
To support a woman during the "first 1,000 days," namely from conception to 2 years postpartum, it is important for professionals to be able to describe to her the diet, physical activity, and infant feeding practices that will best support her health and well-being and that of her infant. Designed for those working with pregnant and lactating women including RDN/RN/NP and Certified Nurse Midwives. The course takes approximately 10 hours to complete and professionals receive 10.0 approved contact hours upon completion.
