Dr. Rebecca Stoltzfus, professor in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University, presents Food Security in the Global Context.

During this 48-minute audio-visual cyber-presentation, Dr. Stoltzfus reviews definitions and measurements of food security and discusses interventions to improve it.
